YOUTH MENTORS
Mana is seeking mentors to assist our young adults (18-20 years old) in transitioning from juvenile corrections to the community and living on their own. We provide supervision, teach independent living skills, model healthy lifestyles, assist with job searching and more.
Available Shifts:
Day Shift, Swing Shift, Over-Nights and Weekends Full-time and Part-time, Flexible Schedules available.

You must:
- Be 21 or older
- Be able to pass a background check with health and welfare

DIRECT CARE STAFF
Mana is growing! We are seeking extraordinary individuals with and without experience to help our high-functioning clients with disabilities live their best lives!
Available Shifts:
Current openings are Swing Shifts, Night Shifts, and Weekends
Part-Time and Full-Time available
Work available in Boise, Nampa or Meridian!
Responsibilities:
Assist our participants in having FUN!
Seek out new hobbies, activities, and events to keep them involved with and connected to their communities.
Assist participants with daily living activities such as grocery shopping, budgeting and maintaining a healthy living environment.
Communicate ongoing care results and updates
Collaborate with participants and your team for best care opportunities
Help them live their best life!
Qualifications:
Previous experience in personal care or other related fields is a plus, but not a must, we provide training!
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Ability to build rapport with clients
Works well as part of a team
Must be able to pass a background check
Reliable, registered and insured vehicle is required
Higher pay to candidates who know ASL
